Contestants gear up for Teen Miss Auburn, Miss Auburn pageants
The 2010 Teen Miss Auburn and Miss Auburn pageants take place at 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13 at the DeWitt Theater, 11596 D Ave., Auburn. Tickets are $10 for everyone over the age of 10, $6 for kids ages 6-9 and seniors 60 and over, and free for children under 5 and retired and active military with ID. 2010 Teen Miss Auburn Contestants
Ambrosia Cramer, 17, of Alta, is the daughter of Kathleen Rawlins-Cramer and Dean Cramer. She is a senior at Colfax High School. She supports Wonders, Inc. Ambrosia is sponsored by Cramers Tree Farm.
Kendra Warren, 17, of Auburn, is the daughter of Beth and Steve Rowett. She is a senior at Placer High School. Her cause is Horse Rescue. She is sponsored by her family and friends.
Cassaundra Phillips, 17, of Roseville, is the daughter of Dareld and Amber. She is a senior at Roseville High School. She champions the Humane Society. Cassi’s sponsors include Amber Phillips with Coldwell Banker- Roseville, and friends and family.
Megan Crosthwaite, 14, of Newcastle, is the daughter of Bob and Wendy Crosthwaite. She is a freshman at Del Oro High School. Megan supports Peace for Families. She is sponsored by Rosemary and John Silva, Newcastle Cheese Shop, Burt and Elaine Crosthwaite and friends and family.

Ashley Hayes, 18, of Rocklin, is the daughter of Cindee DeGolia and Robert Hayes. She is a 2009 Placer High graduate now majoring in communications at Sierra College. She strongly supports the Health Education Africa Resource Team. Ashley is sponsored by Custom Benefit Administrators and Fountains Dental Excellence.
Katie Newman, 22, of Auburn, is the daughter of Mike and Lori Newman. She is a 2006 Placer High graduate now majoring in child development at Sierra College. She champions Fit For Life. Katie’s sponsors include Quality Facility, Anytime Fitness, Auburn Gymnastics Center, Michael Eagan, the Gassaway Family, and the Dawson Family.
Faith Worrell, 19, of Alta, is the daughter of Tanya and Mark Worrell. She is a 2009 Colfax High graduate now majoring in biology at Sierra College. She supports Operation Mom. Faith is sponsored by Northern Energy Propane and her family.
