Michael Wiebelhaus scored 11 points Monday to lead Placer High’s junior varsity boys basketball team to a 64-50 win over Mira Loma.

Tino Bravo and Cody Riggs had nine points apiece for the Hillmen (4-6). Ryan Mason grabbed a team-high 12 rebounds to go with his six points.

In other games involving local teams, Del Oro defeated Bear River, while Colfax beat San Juan.
