Placer Sheriff’s deputies arrested a second man in connection with the bludgeoning death of a Loomis man. Wednesday night Placer County Sheriff’s spokesman Lt. Jeff Ausnow said Anthony Michael Cordero, 23, of South Sacramento, was arrested late Tuesday after “information was developed that he was involved with the death of Rudy Ramos.” Ramos was found dead in his Loomis home Sept. 14. On Tuesday, deputies arrested another man in connection with Ramos’ death. Kenneth Lewis Massey Jr., 22, was booked into Sacramento County Jail and was being held on a no bail Placer County Warrant.
