Boy...Roseville really sucks. Both Roseville and Rocklin have been so horribly influenced by decisions based on greed rather than common sense for so long that they've suffered permanent damage. And the voters keep voting "incumbent".

Keep muckraking, Andy, until the corrupt can no longer afford to be corrupt in Placer County!

They must have had a mentor or two. Say, Uhler and Weygandt? These knuckleheads award a county contract to their own company.

Looks like this is the "Placer Way" of doing business.
