nursing home drug ring cover up
No one seems to care that there has been a drug ring and cover up at a grass valley nursing home.I have tried to contact KCRA but they do not seem to care either.
Next call is to drug enforcment officials.
They were switching tylenol pills and then stealing the real drugs right under the cameras eye.The only thing that was done to suspects was to fire them.It was very hush hush deal.They did not want lawsuit.
One suspect is working in a nursing home out of state.I know who she is.There are witnesses that can testify to drug ring and cover up.In state and out of state.
You locals need to speak up on this.This sure needs a investigation completed.
It is a convalscent hospital.

Since you are getting no response from consumer groups and have knowledge of the incidents, you should contact the state board that accredits hospitals and nursing homes. That is probably a good place for an investigation to start. I am not familiar with the laws regarding employee theft. But I think the facility is ultimately responsible and can be fined for what is considered abuse, for not administrating pain medications to any patient who needs them. Inaction would be irresponsible.

These employees need to be exposed as elder abusers, a very serious crime, so they will not be doing this in other places. The convalescent and care homes will only be liable if they were negligent. It wreaks of wrong-doing. Call the State and find someone who will help you draft a letter. Make a copy and send it certified mail. Don't stop until you get someone to start an investigation. Call the State to Report Domestic Elder Abuse at 1-888-436-3600. You can also call the Californa Attorney General's Office at a hotline to report Medi-Cal fraud and elder abuse at 1-800-722-0432. These suspects need to be in jail,PERIOD.
I have witnesses in several states but cant get anyone to investigate this.Im not local, just giving your town the info.Its your town you locals should speak up.
It might be your parents one day in a nursing home or even yourself.

No one here has the information you seem to. It would be impossible for any of us to do anything abut this. Now, I have provided you everything you need to make a complaint. It won't cost you a dime. Please take the time to follow through with this as it is much more than theft of drugs. It is our most vulnerable citizens having what little comfort they possess, taken away from them and no voice to defend them, except you. Please do the right thing...
