North American Union (SPP)
Amero Coin

In 2005, Bush met with Canada's Prime Minister and Mexico's President in Waco, Texas; he also met with them this past summer. The North American Union is actually being planned and formed without the approval or consent of Congress, and without the knowledge of the American people. The merger of three countries will even have its own currency - the Amero.

This is one of seven "unions" being formed around the world (including the European Union, the African Union and the Asian Union). It's the first step toward an eventual world government - a plan that's been in the making for over 60 years.

The Fourth Estate has remained silent about this because it has corporate interests that outweigh the interests of the American citizenry. In fact, the corporate media conglomerates are supportive of this 'merger' because it will enhance their profits.

Implementation would probably involve the three countries giving up their current currency units (U.S. dollar, Canadian dollar, and Mexican peso) and adopting a new one, created specifically for this purpose. (Some versions of the theory, particularly those circulating in Canada, assume only the United States and Canada would be included.) The hypothetical currency for the union is most often referred to as the amero. The concept is modeled on the common European Union currency (the euro), and it is argued to be a natural extension of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP). Lou Dobbs Reports on this. And can be researched for yourself.

Found it! Well, fiction author Jerome Corsi (who gave us the birther theory) is no more worthy of being taken seriously than those who think Jewish bankers rule the world, or the "Truthers", or the "Birfers" (see previous reference to Jerome Corsi), or the "Deathers" but unfortunately, a lot of conservatives consider this particular conspiracy theory to be so preposterous that it's beneath them to even bother discussing it.

"Why doesn’t President Bush just tell the truth? His secret agenda is to dissolve the United States of America into the North American Union!"

- Jerome Corsi, May 19, 2006

"If President Bush had run openly in 2004 on the proposition that a prime objective of his second term was to form the North American Union and to supplant the dollar with the “Amero,” we doubt very much that President Bush would have carried ... [the] majority he needed to win re-election."

- Jerome Corsi (May 22, 2006)

Imagine for a moment lecturing on "planet formation through gravitational instability and coagulation"with a lecture hall full of fundamentalist Christian New-Earth creationists. They didn't reason their way into their delusion, so it's pretty much a given that you can't reason them out of it.

The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) documents, CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, Reuters, United Nations press release., AP news, Boston Globe, Canadian free press, Fed Reserve's call for a new currency. A chilling report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the US Secretary of the Treasury has informed the China Development Bank that the US has shipped $800 Billion of a new currency called the Amero, which is to be based upon the merging of the economies of The United States, Mexico and Canada into what is termed as The North American Union. The new name is The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) a common political tactic to rename it.

The current American debt obligation to China, currently based on the US Dollar, is now estimated to be the staggering sum of $2.5 Trillion, and which this new Amero will be exchanged for $400 Billion of this debt as the current American currency is set to be devalued by 50 percent before the end of the year.

Gold has shot up over 1000.00 our dollar in decline And the Federal Reserve is printing money that the Government dont have. look at the currency rates vs the dollar. You Can not maintain Value if you keep printing money out of thin air. And the world is taking notice. United Nations, European Union, China , Brazil, Russia & IMF Bank is calling for a new currency also. Not trying to be rude with you. im just trying to inform my fellow Americans To be prepared.

I understand.

I understand but I don't believe. Yes we have extremely high debt nd some of what you say is true but I don't believe in conspiracy theories. We would be losing much more than we would gain, it would be asinine to do what you say, from the US point of view, that is.

Hey the name for the currency )Amero) doesn't include Canada in the name. I think they should name it to Camero.

wake up loomis i know its hard to swallow but open your eyes. there is no conspiracy here just facts. we really need to pay more attention.

good luck.

I can't speak for loomis, but my eyes are open, and I have been paying attention, and there ain't no way no how that the US or Canada are going to surrender their sovereignty to join with Mexico. The US and Canada merging is remotely plausible in the distant future, but why would the US or Canada want to take on the problems of a country burdened by endemic poverty and whose police force and military are corrupt, incompetent, and cowed by drug lords? If you are going to feed us conspiracy stories, at least pick one that has a scintilla of believability.

Americans4 - OK, I checked CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, Reuters, AP and the Boston Globe. I found no mention of your conspiracy rumor. Are you fibbing?

And weren't you the guy who assured us last week that the FBI would imprison anyone involved in a church rummage sale?

The far right-wing radical Christian Taliban alternative press mentioned your "Amero" conspiracy, but that was two years ago and they blamed iton Bush. They've moved on to Obamacare Rewards Illegals, aspirin cures colon cancer, and the latest rant from Sarah Palin's Twitter account.

My favorite rumor this week is NewsMax's story: "UK Experts Link Birth Control To Climate Change." There you go.

gulliver, the US has military in Mexico helping them clean house the US can help Mexico kill the there enemies and supply arms it wouldn't take much being that it is so poor of a country and has unlimited natural resources that the US has its eye on. all i can say is research this for yourself.

skeptic you need to get your h1n1 shot and enjoy life. good luck. look up the headline "Feds crack down on yard sales".

birth control to climate change is Eugenics. Read Eric Holders Books he is obamas science Czar he is all for that weird stuff.

this post is just to inform people about information you dont have to read it and no need to be a jerk. ive found the articles on the sites maybe you need help.

you people are asking me to show you? you need to read the facts for yourself i only planted the seed try being an individual and think for yourself. this is whats wrong with people in American now they need to be told what to do. And get hostile when they are confused.

RESEARCH

See, if we just get rid of the Masons...no, not the jars.

Americans4Truth: OK, right, I'll get right on that research, as you suggest. Right after I research Mr. Ptolemy's report (widely suppressed by the liberal media) that the sun and all the planets orbit around the earth and that Gallileo was on the payroll of the 12Jewish bankers who rule the world from the back room of a deli in Miami.

Often these conspiracy theories are based on some truth. The Council on Foreign Relations did have a task force complete a report in 2005 entitiled "Building a North American Community" which suggested a union between Mexico, Canada, and the United States. There have been two resolutions introduced in Congress over the last few years, which never got past committee, stating we should not enter into a North American Union, which probably gives it more credibility than it deserves. Now, considering what we saw with another think tank and it's influence on the previous administration, and knowing who makes up the CFR, I think it doesn't hurt to keep a watchful eye on things such as this. However, I also believe that numerous ideas are bandied about and researched and discussed to solve issues, and that simply discussing the possibility of this as a solution does not mean it will happen. I happen to believe it will occur eventually, it will just be many many years and maybe not even in my lifetime before it does. I have a suspicion similar conspiracy theories abounded and were dismissed before the creation of the European Union, and we know how that turned out. At the moment though, the push is to create a global currency, through the IMF, using SDR's. That's much closer to being a possibility than the Amero. Needless to say though, the US will be resistant. The G20 meeting this week could have significant developments in this regard.

Americans4truth - it is worthwhile to do some of the same research you have called on others to do. My suggestion would be to investigate quotes given, go straight to the source of supposed reports and read the contents for yourself, and confirm facts. Example - I went ahead and read some of the media stories from news sources I would hesitate to trust, found Geinther quoted numerous times as saying to the CFR that we are open to a global currency, so I went to the CFR site and read the transcript. He never said that, he said he was open to reading a report which suggested it but as he had not he couldn't comment. There is a lot of misinformation out there, with just enough truth to make it plausible. The SPP does in fact exist and was started during the Bush Administration, but when I read the reports there is nothing to indicate a common currency. There are other interesting items in those reports regarding trade, security, and health outbreak response, but I located nothing on the Amero or a common currency by any other name.

hello kitty

thanks for your comments i value that very much. i suggest to continue your research.

NAFTA, NAU and NASCO should help you understand the commerce trade & currency plans.

Skeptic found the source of the information. Jerome Corsi is an admitted liar. He firmly believes the ends justify the means and spreads insane lies that may have some truth in them but are lies just the same. Because his lies are repeated as fact, by groups like the teabaggers, many fine citizens are caught up in the deception. The lies Corsi spins become truth if repeated enough. People tend to hear what they want to hear even if it's not true..

As kitty said there is alot of disinfo. Jerome Corsi is a strawman at best and is not a source. Lou Dobbs has many reports you can see clips online that might give you more info.

just because you read the 1st link that comes up on a google search isn't the truth. we are up against a scientific dictatorship.

Canadian Dollar Climbs Toward Parity as Stocks, Crude Oil Rally

By Matt Townsend

Oct. 17 (Bloomberg) -- The Canadian dollar rallied for a third straight week, touching a 14-month high and moving closer to parity with its U.S. counterpart as signs of economic recovery pushed commodities and stocks higher.

Canada’s currency gained as crude oil, the nation’s largest export, surged 10 percent and the Dow Jones Industrial Average surpassed 10,000 for the first time in a year. The Bank of Canada will keep interest rates at a record low level when it meets on Oct. 20, according to all 23 economists in a Bloomberg News survey.

“As long as equities continue to go up, it will be positive for the Canadian dollar,” said Maria Jones, a currency trader in Toronto at TD Securities Inc., a unit of Canada’s second-biggest bank. Stocks will continue to rally as long as “we are seeing moderate growth in the U.S.” and the Federal Reserve holds interest rates near zero.

The Canadian currency, nicknamed the loonie for the aquatic bird on the C$1 coin, appreciated 0.5 percent to C$1.0370 per U.S. dollar yesterday in Toronto, from C$1.0422 on Oct. 9. One Canadian dollar buys 96.44 U.S. cents. The currency climbed to $1.0207 on Oct. 15, the strongest level since July 29, 2008. The loonie and the U.S. dollar last traded on a one-for-one basis on July 22, 2008.

Dollar Set for Weekly Drop as U.S. Job Losses Expected to Slow

Nov. 6 (Bloomberg) -- The dollar headed for a weekly loss against the euro before a government report today forecast to show U.S. employers cut fewer jobs last month, boosting demand for higher-yielding assets.

Japan’s currency was poised for a weekly decline against the euro before data economists said will show German factory orders rose in September for a seventh month. Australia’s currency climbed against 15 of its 16 major counterparts after the central bank said the nation’s economy will expand at more than three times the pace it forecast in August.

hmm seems like the amero is looking good right about now.

Gold price hits record high as dollar wanes -AP

Gold prices hit a record above 1,100 dollars on Monday with the dollar weakening after a pledge by G20 countries to keep economic recovery pumped up with easy money.

In morning trading here, gold struck an all-time peak of 1,109.50 dollars an ounce as the euro rose to 1.50 dollars for the first time in two weeks.

Nov. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Treasury two-year note yields fell to the lowest level this year on concern the rally in risk assets has outpaced growth prospects and as Federal Reserve officials signaled interest rates will remain near zero.

Three-month bill rates turned negative on Nov. 19 for the first time since last year’s credit freeze as a 62 percent rally in the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index from a 12-year low in March pushed valuations to about 22 times its companies’ earnings, the highest level since 2002. The minutes of the Fed’s Nov. 4 Federal Open Market Committee meeting will be released Nov. 24.
