All are tested for feline leukemia, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, spayed/neutered and come with a free veterinary exam at a Placer County clinic.
Adoption fees vary from $95-125.

Do I have to sign a contract that says you have the right to search my property to make sure I'm not letting my cat out of the house or breaking any of your other rules?
What are your hours? And at this time, do you have a "large" selection of kittens? Also, I have been in before, however I do not remember if they are ALL already litter box trained?

GULLIVER: I BEEN LOOKING FOR A RANCH CAT. I ALSO HEARD THAT THERE WERE RULES AT THE SHELTERS ABOUT KEEPING YOUR CAT INDOORS AT NITE.
MY PROBLEM: The cats hunt mice best at Night. All my cats are welcome inside. The ones that stay inside are fat and have more issues than the ones that go out at nite and perpetuate their natural nocturnal instincts.
