Eighth-graders from Girl Scout Troop 1509 in Weimar visit the Auburn Journal Tuesday for an interview with Editor Deric Rothe and tour of the different departments in the building.

Dear Stephanie Breitbart,
My name is Alexa (from the picture). I just wanted to thank you and Deric Rothe for taking the time out of your day to talk to us about your jobs and writing. I really enjoyed it and learned many interesting facts. I had no idea that it took so much work just to create one article in the whole paper! Again, I had a great time today and will now read the Auburn Journal with a new appreciation. Thanks so much!
